Can I get advice in Turkish?
Yes. Advice and onboarding are offered in German and Turkish. Tell us your preferred language when requesting a demo.
What should I consider for TSE and tax inspections?
PayBiene integrates TSE, provides receipts and DSFinV-K audit data. TSE integration is included in all three software packages. The Praxiscenter covers register notification and inspection preparation.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
Hardware needs are reviewed before the offer. Let us know which devices you already use. Software packages and hardware offers are listed separately.
Are card payment fees included in the software price?
No. Fees and terms depend on the payment provider and card mix. We discuss these conditions separately before you decide.
How does switching work?
We first look at your business in a demo. Then we agree on the package and setup, introduce your team and coordinate the start. The timeline is agreed for your business.
