Which software packages are available?
PayBiene offers Core, Gastro and Restaurant packages. Prices are listed per location in EUR net.
Is onboarding charged once?
Yes. The launch onboarding fee is one-time and covers setup, first configuration and go-live support.
Payments and PSP
Who handles PSP integration?
PayBiene handles technical PSP integration and guides your team through payment go-live.
What data do you need for a quote?
At minimum we need your sector, number of locations, monthly transaction volume and contact language.
Hardware and operations
Is hardware mandatory?
No. Hardware is optional. You can use compatible existing devices or start with our kits.
How fast can we go live?
Depending on process clarity and PSP approval, go-live is typically possible within days to a few weeks.
