Audience measurement — draft
We use cookie-free Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and usage statistics. Vercel derives a temporary hash from incoming requests. Our custom events use fixed categories such as language, industry, CTA location or an allowlisted AI source domain; no form data. Page URL queries and fragments are removed.
GA4 is optional and disabled without a configured measurement ID. Its tag loads only after explicit consent, which can be withdrawn using Privacy settings. Consent Mode v2 starts with all four signals denied; advertising signals remain denied after analytics consent. Accept and Reject have equal styling.
The consent choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. GA4 may use cookies and transfer data to Google, including in the US. Legal basis, processor contracts, transfer safeguards and the actual GA4 retention settings must be determined before activation.
TODO: Rechtlich prüfen lassen — obtain legal review. Complete controller identity, legal basis and objection process for cookie-free baseline analytics, processing agreements and transfer/retention details. Cookie-free does not by itself settle GDPR compliance.
